- Confirmation
By confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of your order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
- Trade
Frog IT only deals with companies that have a valid VAT number, and thus not with private individuals. This means that our prices are always stated without VAT.
- Pricing
All displayed prices do not include VAT, do not include service, payment or delivery charges. Frog IT retains the right to change prices at any time and reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. We do our best to ensure accuracy of all pricing, product specifications, inventory and product condition. Prices are displayed in the following currencies:

- Product Condition
Unless otherwise stated, all products offered for sale are refurbished or pre-owned products. All of our refurbished hardware is extensively tested, cleaned, and covered with our money back guarantee. For more information, please refer to our warranty and returns terms and conditions.

- Warranty
All new products include a standard one-year warranty (or other warranty period as agreed in writing). If the product has any fault within the given warranty period, please contact us for return instructions.
- Tax (VAT) Exempt Purchasing
For companies purchasing outside of SPAIN, we offer VAT (tax) free purchases. In order to qualify for VAT exempt purchases, a valid company VAT number must be supplied during the checkout process. VAT (Tax) free prices do not include service, payment and delivery charges. For questions with regards to VAT exempt purchases, please contact us for further information.
- Local Tax (Import Duties)
Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) may apply, depending on your region and local import rules. All charges with regards to import are the responsibility of the purchasing company. We cannot and will not lower the package’s value on the customs declaration in order for you to avoid additional charges. Please contact us for further questions.
- Delivery (Shipping)
All purchased items are dispatched within timely manner.
For all European orders, a shipping fee of 20 € (Standard shipping) or 40 € (Express shipping) will be added. For orders that are shipped outside of Europe, shipping charges may vary.
Frog IT use DHL,FedEx, UPS and TNT for most small parcel deliveries. For larger shipments, courier service may be required.
- Payment
Frog IT offers the following payment options:
- PayPal:
If you are using PayPal as your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to your PayPal account. We handle your order immediately upon receipt of payment confirmation. Please note: Your registered PayPal address must match your requested shipping address.
- Credit cards:
We accept payments with Mastercard Visa, MasterCard & Maestro. Credit cards are charged in full upon dispatch of goods from our warehouse.
To ensure protection of your credit card information, your personal data is encrypted via SSL server and is therefore protected from access by third parties.
Frog IT payment solution is based on the SSL standard, meaning that the information given in connection with the payment transaction is protected by encryption. SSL is the industry standard for secure payment and has been chosen accordingly.
- Bank transfer:
We accept payment via bank transfer. Once payment is received on our bank account, the goods will be sent via the chosen freight method.
- Returns (RMA)
Should a product require returning to us for any reason, you must contact us before returning the product.
After we have received notification of your product return, you will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number with shipping instructions via email. After receipt of your RMA you have 14 days to return to the product to us. Frog IT reserves the right to reject your RMA should the goods be returned outside of the 14 days return period. The RMA number must be clearly referenced on the packaging of the returned goods. Upon approval of your claim, a similar (non-defective) product will be sent. If we are unable to provide a product replacement, your payment will be refunded. More information on our Return Policy.
